Katrine, Registered Dental Hygienist
“I am a 1993 graduate of the Rochester Community and Technical College for Dental Hygiene. I really appreciate the opportunity to work in a professional office with cutting edge technology, including Invisalign orthodontics, and single-visit CEREC crowns. I really enjoy taking care of my patient’s dental needs, so that together we can see an improvement in their oral health. Patients appreciate that we have top-of-the-line technology and really like seeing their teeth with our intraoral cameras. Patients say we are caring and very professional.”
Lynda, Registered Dental Hygienist
“I joined the practice in July 2016 after moving here from Arizona for my husband’s fellowship training. I have been a registered dental hygienist for over three years and am licensed in Arizona, California, and Minnesota. I earned my bachelor degree in Community Health Sciences and worked in non-profit organizations before pursuing a career in dental hygiene. I was also a dental assistant briefly before hygiene. Patients love my enthusiasm and kindness. I am extremely efficient and attentive to all my patients’ needs. When not working, I enjoy revamping my new home or staying active at DAHLC. I enjoy yoga, pilates, exploring, new adventures and food, traveling, cooking, and spending time with my husband and my dog Bowie.”
Sam, Dental Assistant
“After graduating from the Dental Assistant Program at Rochester Community and Technical College in 2011, I became a licensed, certified dental assistant for Dr. Calcagno. I am currently working on becoming a restorative dental assistant through the University of Minnesota, which will allow me to place restorations after Dr. Calcagno, Dr. Voltidi, or Dr. Broderson have prepared the teeth. I enjoy working in an office employing the latest dental technology. We are always striving to better ourselves by attending continuing education courses. Not only are they fun, but they allow us to provide the best possible care for our patients. The favorite part of my day is making sure our patients feel relaxed and at ease while spending time with us. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son, and two dogs at our family cabin where we spend a lot of our summer. During the not-so-warm months, we travel as much as possible around the country.”

Having grown up in Rochester, I now live just outside of town, and when I’m not working, I enjoy gardening, fishing, yard work, golfing, and spending time at the cabin.”

I also love and enjoy how Dr. Calcagno’s practice is very up-to-date with the latest dental technology and how they are always striving to provide the best possible care.
