On Saturday, October 7, Rochester families can take part in the fourth annual Superhero Dyslexia Dash! This family-friendly 5K run or walk invites runners in and around the area to take part in the run and help raise funds for Reading Center programs and scholarships. The race encourages individuals, teams, families, younger participants and seniors to take part. Since this is a superhero-themed race, runners are encouraged to show up wearing their favorite heroic costume. Those who sign up by September 24 will receive a commemorative t-shirt, with the option of receiving an anti-wick shirt for an extra $5.
The Superhero Dyslexia Dash will take place on Saturday, October 7. The runner registration will start at 9 am, and the race will start at 10 am. A one mile kids’ fun run will start at 9:45 am.
