  3. Two minutes, no less: You should use a toothbrush for a minimum of two minutes. You can set a timer or for children you could find a fun video or app that times it for them, making the process fun.
  4. Clean your teeth daily: You should brush your teeth at least twice a day, once in the morning and again before you go to bed. When you do, you remove plaque buildup and reduce the severity of tartar buildup, helping protect your smile from tooth decay and gum disease between dental cleanings.
